Let’s dig into the top 3 FAQs when it comes to our Fractional CFO program shall we? I already have an accounting team and/or a CPA. Why do I need a Fractional CFO? A fractional CFO is the bridge between your leadership and your accounting teams. Our team analyzes the data created by your current accounting team and determines areas where either more money can be made or less money can be spent. We also assign them to a specific team member and put a due date on them to keep our progress on track. As we grow our Fractional CFO program, I will be hiring/training team members to provide the CFO services themselves.  How much does your Fractional CFO program cost?  An in-house full-time CFO comes with a minimum price tag of $120,000/year. Our program starts at less than ½ of that and is broken into 12 monthly payments. While our pricing does fluctuate based on entity type, size and number of owners, the majority of our current clients are on our basic CFO plan with monthly payments of $4,777.
