This is the second time I've visited this location & the service & customer care is 10/10. It's hard finding a place that is honest & trustworthy. I went in and asked for help regarding a fender bender I experienced yesterday, they took care of me right away, they analyzed the damage and instead of upselling me an entire paint job, they polished it extremely well and did a minor touch up. Highly recommend this shop, they're extremely helpful!

Very nice people but disappointed that they wouldn't look into my right side door not opening post accident. They said they wouldn't fix it because it was not caused by the accident although right after the accident my right door stopped opening so clearing that was the cause for that.
It's unfortunate they would not go above and beyond or let me know if they weren't going to fix it so I could call insurance.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Connor. My apologies. My records indicate the estimator left you a voicemail the day (1/19 at 3:06 pm) after you dropped your car with us. IN that message he relayed that the insurance company would not cover the door latch on the opposite side of the vehicle to the damage. His note indicates he offered to write an estimate for those repairs. I'm wondering if we have the wrong phone number from the customer information page you filled out. Please call me if you'd like to proceed with figuring out repairs for the door or you have any additional concerns you'd like management to be aware of. Thanks - Dirk 303-691-9484

Update, the vette came out looking spectacular, the paint match to the very special metallic red of my 50th Anniversary Corvette was perfect. A few months later however, I discovered a little hole in the fiberglass/plastic under the door that they had missed, and so I got it back in, with a request to have some additional paint/body work done (sun damage to the top surfaces) to really bring it up to snuff.
I got the car back today and it looks better than it did when I bought it almost 20 years and about 100K miles ago, it looks spectacular!!
A special thanks to Marly and Josh for taking such great care of my favorite toy!
Thank you Addison for a great job.

Sometimes you get lucky. After tagging the front of my vette pretty good, going into a ditch near home dodging a fox (that fox owes me the $1K deductible!), my insurance pointed me to Addison as an AAA approved body shop. I read some reviews, sounded pretty good so I booked the appointment.
First impressions, it's a big operation in a beautiful facility with multiple buildings, clean and well maintained on the outside, and walking into the office was shockingly pleasant. It's a very large open professionally set up office area with areas designated for auto repair and body shop work, they do both (nice!).
As has been said, Jennifer and Diane that run the front desks are friendly and professional. Jennifer set me up with an estimator who was also a great guy, and he got right to it. Took about 30 minutes maybe for the estimate which was shockingly low - all I'm paying is the deductible so I didn't really care but I almost considered just paying out of pocket vs dinging my insurance. Nothing is free.
The bad news, a 3+ month lead time currently. Not their fault but, ugh. My car is perfectly drivable so, I got lucky in that respect.
I'll be anxious to see how well they match my Corvette 50th Anniversary paint job, it's a metallic red that requires a real pro to duplicate. But based on my experience so far, I'm highly confident of a great job.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 23, 2021Previous reviewSometimes you get lucky. No one likes to have to go to an auto body shop, but these guys take some of the pain out of the experience. Recently my car was sideswiped and I took it to Addison Auto Body for an estimate. They were professional, gave me the estimate right away, and booked my car for a follow up appointment to do the repairs. The staff is professional and kind. A big shout out to Diane and Marley,

I obtain their information from my State Farm website. When I called, they shared that their lead time is two to three months. So, to get my car fix, I'm suppose to wait two to three months - get real.
As a person in accounting, that type of lead time leads to loss business. It was explain that many auto repair shop have this type of lead time. I guess these business are having trouble not being able to repair cars in a reasonable time.
So, if I have only one car and I need to get to work, I guess I'm out of luck because I have to wait two to three months to get my car fix so I can go to work - NOT.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Wynton D.Southeast, Denver, CO013Jan 5, 2023
I went to Addison a couple of times and got work done there and it seems like every time I get in touch with this company it's always an issue or something they couldn't figure out.
I go there to get my driver side handle fixed again because it seems like they can't fix things the first time. And so I asked if they could fix my hinges to both my driver and passenger door while they did the handle that was a mistake. It literally took them 2 whole week to figure out what they exactly needed and how to fix it taking it over to the body shop to weld on the hinges and like all this extra and on top of it tried to charge me extra the what they first quoted because they had to order more parts they didn't tell me bout until after I had to call them back. After all is said and done I get my truck back and I found out they had cause damage to my interior and didn't even decide to tell me I seen it the next day because I had to work on it prior to all of this. Addison is a horrible place to go to they will hold your vehicle hostage and on top of that charge you extra because they could figure out the problem at hand.
Dirk, don't say that the truck is older but that's never an excuse for a professional company to be saying. I would on my truck enough to know if you are rushing anything and gently take the parts out they won't break you guys deliberately broke these parts and like I said before didn't even try to mention them to me when I got the truck back let's not sit here and act like you guys didn't know you did this. The pictures show the damages it's not just no "oh this happens cause it's older" these were broke because of negligence. This wasn't the first time you guys did this but I promise you it will be the last.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Wynton- I'm sorry it took longer than anticipated to repair your doors. As was discussed with you several times, we felt that your doors were in very poor shape and attempting this repair would likely be "opening up a can of worms". We recommended leaving as is or replacing the doors. Based upon your prior loyalty and praise of our services we took on the attempted repair. It turned out that we put a lot more labor into to getting the doors fixed than you were charged. As for the items you say we broke, I told you to come in and we would make them right, however I don't think we broke them. Your vehicle is over 24 years old and has over 250,000 miles. Its great that its made it this far but car parts break over time. I explained this same view to the family member who called last time, and they agreed that it was likely time to stop putting money into this vehicle as it was prone to failure.

My insurance suggested Addison for some paint/body work. When I showed up for the estimate Marley and Josh quickly assessed that I really had a small DIY job on my hands and could save the $500 deductible.
They were very kind and forthright about exactly what to do. Definitely earned trust and loyalty from me if I ever actually need their services in the future.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joshua H.Southeast, Denver, CO01Jun 14, 2023
They declined service for an insurance claim that I had scheduled out to be quoted almost three months later. they told me a couple weeks after scheduling it that they couldn't accept the claim because the truck wasn't drivable. this is not true and at no point did I tell them it was not drivable. I never write reviews but this was the most egregious approach to customer service I have seen in many years. I'm disappointed in Addison for handling things in this way. I have no required timeline because I have multiple drivable vehicles and was more than willing to work with their schedule, but this has given me recourse to never advise their services to anyone, ever. simply put, I do not support Addison's services.

I walked in 2 weeks ago. Talked to them to give me a estimate. Ernesto mentioned me he was going to have the estimate ready in 30 minutes. Which was a lie I had to wait until the end of the day. During mid day I called and he was in his office. Took a hour long break. I got a hold of my insurance agent. We were waiting for him to upload pictures and his estimate. Haven't uploaded it in a week.
Got tired of waiting around I can't have my car on hold like this.
Seems like this business doesn't really care about the customer service they provide to the customer and the insurance agents.
Go to a different shop if you are in a rush to get your car fixed.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Richard G.Denver, CO111313Nov 20, 2020
The place is the BEST. This is the 3rd time I have used Addison; Porsche Carrera, BMW X5, and now my my wife's Volvo XC-60. Everyone from the second you walk in are true professionals: Dianna, Jake, and Josh.
The are not only are they Pros but very friendly and really care about you and your car/truck.
I will not go anywhere else.
