Wayne was very knowledgeable, friendly, and straight shooting technician that found the problem quickly with my a/c unit and repaired promptly. He also gave recommendations of future concerns and did not try to sell me on something I did not need.

Smooth set up of the appointment, contact 10 minutes prior to arrival and easy payment method are all A+ customer service features.

Just based on this small repair/service call, I will definitely be trusting them in the future for any repairs or replacements of furnace or a/c units.

Wayne is like my favorite person in the whole HVAC world. I'm really sad and disappointed that they no longer service our area.

Service and responsiveness is excellent. After a week w no heat and having a couple other HVAC companies come out to troubleshoot and repair my furnace to no avail, High Efficiency came out and got the furnace running again.
A tech, Duane, arrived within 2 hrs of my call and by the time he left my furnace was running. This was such a relief after another Carrier authorized company did not resolve the issue and cost me hundreds of unnecessary dollars in charges for parts and service over about a week with no heat. Renee, who answered the phone at High Efficiency when I called was very helpful and her communication in managing my expectations is very much appreciated.

After having three techs from three other companies - Wayne from High Efficiency came out and it appears has fixed our furnace that had a problem firing up.

Our furnace stopped working this morning while the temperature was in the low single digits. I called High Efficiency, since they were the ones who installed this Carrier Furnace ( Model# 58CTW110 ) about 15 months ago. We have been very happy with the furnace overall. High Efficiency has done a great job servicing our earlier furnace too. About an hour after my call, Duane showed up at my door who figured out the problem, which turned out to be a loose wire in the guts of the furnace. Duane is superb trouble shooter. A few years ago he found a really odd, well hidden problem with our previous furnace, which was caused by a construction crew. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this business to family, friends, or anyone else.

My A/C went out yesterday. I called High Efficiency and left a message. They called back a few hours later and said a technician would be out the next day at 10:00 AM. The technician was actually a few minutes early. He identified the problem (bad capacitor), installed a new one, and was on his way in less than an hour. I looked online and the price was in line with what others have paid, so I feel like their pricing is reasonable. The technician also looked the rest of the system and made some suggestions as far as routine maintenance. All in all, a very painless process and the house is cool again. I'll update this review if problems develop but I don't expect that to happen.

Duane came out and serviced my Heater and did a great job. Very reasonably priced also. My go to in the future.

Very Pleased with the service we've received. We required a new furnace, humidifier, and filtration system. They work cleanly, quietly and very efficiently. So happy we found this company and will use them for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

I've used High Efficiency since 2006. They've been great. They always call back right away, it's easy to get an appointment, and their guys do a a terrific job. They've solved some problems that my previous company said they couldn't do anything about (the technician from the previous company wasn't too sharp). High Efficiency also has given me several alternatives to solve problems, not just one way. The problems I am referring to are: an older air filtration system that I was able upgrade very inexpensively so that I can change the filters myself and save on service calls--how many companies would do that? They added an air return upstairs so that the house cools off better. They were able to fix the condenser on my air conditioning unit instead of replacing the whole unit, which the previous company said I'd have to do. It's been two years, and the repaired unit is working fine. I like this company very much, think they are honest, and reliable.
