Bachus & Schanker, LLC is Colorado's injury law firm. Our practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of individuals and families who suffer injury or death caused by the negligent or reckless conduct of others, including those injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents and accidents caused by drunk drivers. We also help those injured on the job and those injured by dangerous products and by medical mistakes. Because most injury claims involve insurance, Bachus & Schanker, LLC has lawyers who are well versed regarding many Colorado insurance coverages including medical payments insurance, bodily injury liability insurance, uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance, health insurance, workers compensation insurance, disability insurance, property damage insurance and home owners insurance.

The initial consultation with one of our lawyers is always free. If upon consultation we determine that you have a case that we are willing to pursue, in most situations you will be offered the opportunity to have us work for you on a contingency fee basis. When working on a contingency fee, our firm does not get paid on your case unless there is a recovery and upon settlement our only fee is a percentage of the amount recovered. We do not, and will not, represent or defend insurance companies or any other corporations.

ResultsWe are very proud of the results we have achieved in a comprehensive range of injury and insurance cases, including auto accidents, truck accidents, and insurance bad faith disputes. In addition to handling cases brought to our firm directly by the injured and their family members, we accept referrals from attorneys in Colorado and throughout the United States.

Client ServiceServing our clients is our most important responsibility; one that our attorneys, management and staff take seriously. We understand and believe that the handling of every case is a partnership with our clients and therefore, at Bachus & Schanker, we strive to ensure that our clients are fully informed. We want to make sure clients receive copies of significant letters, papers, and court pleadings in their case. When important events occur in the progress of their case, we want our clients to be informed. We ask our clients to do the same for us so there are no surprises. Through our commitment, know-how, innovation, knowledge, and firm resources we work hard to help level the playing field for our clients.

Public AdvocacyWhile advocating for our clients in Colorado courts, Bachus & Schanker, LLC attorneys also advocate for the injured in the courts of public policy and opinion. Our founding partners are involved at the local, state and national level, fighting to protect your Constitutional right to a jury trial and to protect the rights of the injured. Both of our founding partners at Bachus & Schanker, LLC have testified before members of the Colorado Legislature regarding proposed changes to the law in Colorado that could impact the rights of the injured. In addition, our firm's founding partners have traveled to Washington, D.C. and other locations around the United States to speak with members of the U.S. Congress and to U.S. Congressional candidates about important legal issues that could impact the rights of the injured.

We are happy to discuss our legislative efforts with clients and potential clients in greater detail. At Bachus & Schanker, LLC, it's not about the money. It's about justice - then money. Money to take care of medical needs; money to take care of lost income; money to take care of the injured and their families now and into the future.

At Bachus & Schanker, LLC, our attorneys consider potential cases, including automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, injury claims against drunk drivers, workers compensation /on the job injuries, and other personal injury claims. Our attorneys work to assist victims throughout Colorado and the United States. You can contact a personal injury attorney at our firm today to discuss your legal rights. The initial consultation is always free. We are here to help.
