What is it like to work with us?

• We share knowledge and educate. We take a knowledge sharing approach to any and all decision making. We believe it best to expose and explain all key decisions and the tradeoffs associated with each as it relates to the business goals.
• We drive alignment between all stakeholder groups; executives down to the front-line staff. Organizational alignment and transparency is a critical prerequisite for successful business relationships focused on innovation and positive change.
• We are flexible in approach with both in person and virtual meetings and facilitations. We also take a keen interest of existing company culture and align our efforts to what will work best in that environment.
• We are flexible in our pricing models so that we are able to work with organizations regardless of company maturity.

Our non-negotiables:

• We prioritize FIT with our clients. If we are not a fit, it does not serve either of us to work together. We align efforts with business goals.
• We keep our eyes focused on only those activities that move the needle. We propose 3-month contract check-ins to ensure value is being created and delivered.
• We practice radical candor with our clients. This sometimes means delivering a message that our clients do not want to hear, but that is our job.
• We use inclusive and collaborative language between ourselves and our clients. We strive to be seen as equal partners in delivering business outcomes with our clients and want to function as an extension of our client’s internal team rather than be seen as an external resource or vendor.
