Founded in 1974 by James Grow as a medical billing company, Clinic Service has never strayed from its mission: To Maximize the Profit for Physicians and Medical Practices. In 2008, Clinic Service transitioned its ownership to Andrew Graham, James’ Son-in-Law. A family decision was made to keep the asset and good work in the family, rather than treat the business like a commodity. Armed with new energy and a respect for the past, the Clinic Service team is poised to lead for a new generation with love, pride and passion in our work. We believe our market leadership and growth in medical billing and supporting services like EMR and EHR is a result of our focus on customer experience and our internal culture.
