Free Weekly Outdoor Events We host free weekly events designed to help women improve their physical fitness, mental health, and social connections. These activities include hiking, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, trail running, road cycling, mountain biking, and other outdoor fitness opportunities that build strength and camaraderie. All these events are catered to help the beginner athlete have support to start prioritizing their physical, mental, and social health. 10-Week Team Training Programs Our structured training programs are perfect for women looking to challenge themselves and achieve fitness goals in a supportive community. Programs include: 14er Climb Training (Peak Pursuit): Prepare for the challenge of summiting Colorado’s iconic 14ers. Trail Running Races: Train for a 5K, 10K, or half marathon with a certified UESCA coach, exploring a new trail every week. Bike Training Programs: Get ready for cycling events on paved paths, with tips on bike maintenance and a focus on building endurance. Manitou Incline Training: Conquer one of Colorado’s most famous trails and celebrate with a team luncheon. Each program culminates in a graduation event that showcases participants' achievements. Monthly Special Events Join us for unique activities that push your boundaries and provide opportunities to try something new. Monthly offerings vary from month to month. Some of our past events include: Pickleball lessons Self Defense Class Nordic skiing lessons Hiking Colorado 14ers Weekend Wellness Retreat to Moab Merchandise Store Show off your adventurous spirit with gear from our merchandise store! Our apparel and accessories are perfect for representing the Women’s Adventure Club during your outdoor activities. Coaching Opportunities We recruit experienced and passionate women to lead our training programs and workshops. Volunteer Opportunities Our free Saturday and Wednesday adventures are led by our volunteer trail guides. These women are passionate about the outdoors and helping every women enjoy the trail at whatever pace is right for them. Community Membership Our free membership grants access to Wednesday and Saturday events, while additional programming and training sessions are available for a fee.
