We went in to Mountain High to look at appliances, as it was a local store with all the brands we were comparing. Shawn Nuffer explained to us that he could not deliver appliances out of state to the lake home we are building. That was disappointing, but Shawn was an incredible resource, spending an hour of his time with no anticipation of a sale, explaining the pros and cons of each appliance on our list and making solid recommendations based on his extensive knowledge and experience. We walked out wishing we could purchase from Mountain High, but secure in our knowledge that we could now make good decisions based on the information provided by Shawn.

This is a follow-up to my review posted on July 30, 2022. After that review was posted, someone from Mountain High contacted me, and they ended up sending me a check for what the replacement bin had cost me. So I've bumped them up from three stars to four. Hopefully they will continue to treat customers seeking warranty service fairly.

Ordered all new kitchen appliances that were installed in 1/21. I paid for preview to measure and make sure everything was included in our installation. One year later we still can’t use our warming drawer as they didn’t include a necessary part. It took 3 months to even get a response and the part ordered. The owner ignored a letter from us and can’t be reached on the phone. Every month there is a new excuse. The part is manufactured in the USA, and we still don’t have it a YEAR later. Do not use this company, they do not care and are completely unresponsive with zero follow through or professionalism.

(6/14/2021 update) - Brad Barnett, if you see this, I would reach out. I would want to know that my managers and employees could do better.
I have ordered appliances twice through them and have had varying results. I ordered a Fridge and washer/dryer from them in 2018 without any issues.
I ordered a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Gabe in November 2020 with an estimated date around January 20th. I called a few days after the 20th to follow up and when I spoke with Gabe, he said they pushed the delivery back to around mid April. I asked why he didn't inform me about this and he said he wasn't aware it was backordered. He was quick to take the order but never followed up after the initial purchase. Strike 1.
I called last Friday to cancel my order because I didn't hear anything from them and my dishwasher should have arrived by now. Steve (the manager on duty) told me the dishwasher should be there Monday and that I would have to pay a restocking fee if the dishwasher was already shipped out. He ended up calling me back after an hour and said he would go ahead and process the refund. I asked him when it was suppose to be delivered and he said June. I explained this was the exact reason I wanted a refund because they leave their customers in the dark after they get paid. Steve said he was going to talk to the other department to issue me a refund. Strike 2.
A week later (today) I still haven't received a refund. I call back and Steve said that they didn't have my card information on file to process the refund. I asked why they didn't call me back and find out? He said he has been off the last few days so he was unaware of the issue. I've been a supervisor for 10 years and keeping in contact with customers, especially ones who are upset, is top priority. That doesn't seem to be the case here. Strike 3.
I understand the supply chain has been disrupted heavily due to the pandemic and everything is backordered. If you make a sale to a customer and the customer does not receive the goods or services, you should keep them in the loop; That's basic customer service. Neither the sales person or manager did that in this transaction.
People hate Amazon, Walmart and the big box stores but at least you get good customer service and accountability most of the time. If you can find products cheaper elsewhere and better customer service, why would anyone order from you all? Unfortunately I know I won't be doing so again and you are already at a disadvantage being a smaller company.
If you don't want to go out of business I would advise you train your management team and sales people on customer service and accountability.
