This is a no frills hotel. We came for a short stay for date day and night. Parked in the diamond members parking right up front - score! The associate was great who checked us in and the Christmas decor in the lobby was pretty. I liked sitting by the fireplace and the giant tv screen was incredible. They were playing an old movie and I liked it. There is a snack store right up front which was great. And beverages were provided.
The king bedroom was cool. I like the small section with amenities - iron and ironing board, suitcase holder, and a small microwave, mini fridge and keurig. Hairdryer was appreciated for my long hair. And the details are great - the folded decorations on the toilet paper roll and tissue box. Not a lot of space if you're someone who unpacks your clothes and hangs them but the compactness works for me. Not a large room and we appreciated her placing us in a high floor for a view but the view was of the parking lot and freeway. :) There is a place to sit outside and it would be nice in good weather. A gym and business center add to the amenities. Nice hotel for a stay if you don't want luxury. And I'm fine with that.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 48715068460Jan 16, 2022
This was a very good hotel stay. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel is very close to most places and attractions in Denver. This was a great stay at an affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Denver area.

This was our fourth stay at this location, as our son is attending school in the area, and the hotel is very convenient for when we visit. This is a typical Hilton Garden Inn that has been adjusting over the past two years dealing with Covid protocols. We were happy to see on our last visit that things are returning to a more normal state with breakfast being served.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff really shines here, exceptionally friendly and will go out of their way if you need anything. While breakfast is not what it used to be, it seems that Hilton and the Garden Inn lines have scaled back the breakfast buffet. That said, the manager and cooks do a great job and we had delicious pancakes, waffles, eggs and other breakfast items.
Location is great if you are visiting Parker/Lone Tree, and it is a short ride to Denver as well. There is a golf course close by, which provides for nice area to walk.
We will book this property again for our next visit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dave T.Longwood, FL05Sep 28, 2023
One early morning at about 6am, I walked down to the front desk to purchase a bottle of water. As I picked up the water and took 3 steps towards the night front desk clerk he quickly turned his desk sign to "off duty". I couldn't believe it. I asked him if I could simply make this purchase and he walked away from me swearing as he headed down in back of kitchen area. I waited until he came back. At this point 2 other employees show up along with the original night clerk. He finally allowed the transaction which took all of 30 seconds. When I explained what occurred they began to defend their colleague but soon realized this was too ridiculous to defend and they left to attend their normal tasks leaving the original clerk. I told him that this incident was unacceptable and that I would like an apology. He offered the "non apology" apology for his first attempt and I communicated that was not good enough and to either apologize correctly or I'd take it to the next level. I found this person to be immature and lacking basic customer service skills. He finally just looked down and like a child said "sorry". The entire episode lasted about 10 minutes rather than just taking the transaction for 30 seconds. How ridiculous this event seemed to me. I don't travel much but this left a stain on my trip.
Other negatives:
1. There was minor ambient traffic noise each night.
2. The refrigerator was making a high pitched annoying sound and I had to pull it out from its compartment and then pull the plug.
3. One could potentially be surprised that breakfast is not included due to lack of signage. It's overpriced in my opinion.
4. The fitness room is quite small offering minimal floor space to conduct a workout besides the bike, elliptical or treadmills.
5. The toilet had foul odor eminating.
Overall this was an average hotel providing the bare bones minimum for its patrons and forgetting that although it is an economy hotel it's still supposed to offer the basics in customer service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kristen B.Littleton, CO57288May 3, 2021
Nice room, decent view, room was not as clean as I would like for a Hilton.
But my issues stems from paying $100 for a relaxing night only to be woken up at 11:30pm by the fire alarm. Had to leave the building for about 2 hours, in the middle of the night!
Contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel and received zero help. Hilton was not willing to compensate a dime!
I'm sorry but I stayed in a room to relax and sleep not be woken up in the middle of the night to leave my room for hours. I understand things happen but at least take some accountability for making guests leave there room for hours at night.
I will not return to Hilton after this and will not recommend to friends or family. I feel bad for the guests with babies and small children.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pamela W.Royse City, TX05Jul 27, 2023
We recently stayed at hotel 7/19 through 7/24.
When entering hotel there was a muggy smell,
Should have known not to check in.
After check in was told due to computer issues no bar service and no restaurant available for the week!
There also would be no house keeping available during our stay!
If we needed something call or visit front desk.
Our first room was not clean. They changed rooms for us and I found hair on what was suppose to be a clean towel in the second room.
I assumed being a diamond member our breakfast was complimentary but it was not it was 16.50 a day!
This hotel has house keeping issues and needs to be updated. Low water pressure, elevators are very slow, towels do not smell fresh.
This was a get away for me and my husband, the fact they provided NO Services for the entire week it was a very disappointing stay. We will not stay here again!
I have requested a call from the general manager twice with no return phone call!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Drea L.Denver, CO303Dec 7, 2020
Pros: It was clean
Hacienda shares a parking lot
Contactless check in and check out
Digital key access
Kureig in the room
Cons: Needs some updating
Bed was awful! Hard, could feel the springs in my
side and back.
Pillows went flat instantly, making my sleeping
predicament even worse.
The heater made a ton of loud and ongoing
noises all night. Waking me up and keeping me
awake all night. Tried turning it off for a while,
the room was freezing in no time.
The only restaurant within walking distance has
drastically declined in quality and flavor.
Couch and chair in the room were hard as rocks
and looked like they were make out of
cardboard.
Sadly I was looking forward to this stay very much, and the issues with the sleeping experience ruined it.
Can't say anything about the staff, as I used the app for contactless check-in and check-out.
Definitely needs improvement in the room category. No question the bed in the King sized room has got to be replaced.
I won't be going back. Their sister property Tru is much nicer, although the rooms are smaller, it is much nicer and the same price.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 19, 2018
Nice comfortable rooms. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker and other amenities make for a convenient place to stay near my company location. Restaurant was quite busy on a snowy Monday evening as guest stayed in as apposed to venturing out. Price was quite reasonable for the area ($109/night).

So checked in and will at the desk was great. TV did not work missing cable, again Will was great and so was the maintenance guy. Thumbs up to those two.
The hotel is very much showing it's age. Hallway carpets are very dirty and the rooms feel old and worn. I felt they were clean for the most part. Hot water was limited for a morning shower. Lobby has a musty smell. Did not think it met the standard of Hilton.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 11, 2019
This hotel was a bit interesting as I didn't know how to rate it due to some good and some bad.
The rooms are nice and big enough for just me. I couldn't sleep as the pillows were very uncomfortable for some reason. There were also noises in the hallway on a couple of nights. Rooms come equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker.
The breakfast buffet was decent, but a little overpriced ($13) for not a whole lot of options. My first day they had tortillas for egg and sausage wraps and the next 2 days the tortilla never came back. The girl working the buffet (don't remember her name, but had a nose piercing) was very awesome. They have a free cold breakfast that you can partake in. I had their burger and fries one night and it was pretty good. The lobby bar is pretty small, but if all 6 seats are taken you can get a table as their are a good amount of those. Gym is pretty small so I didn't really use.
One of the best things about this place is the shuttle driver Pat. Very nice guy that will take you to nearby places. You have to reserve the shuttle as he does not take well to those who don't lol! He gives you history of the city and is an all around good guy to talk to.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
