Preservation Tree Care

Preservation Tree Care has been trimming and fertilizing our trees for the past 3 years. Their staff is extremely knowledgable, prompt, and courteous. Our trees are thriving and it's all thanks to Preservation Tree Care. Highly recommended.

Poor experience with this company. They were hired to remove a large spruce tree and left half of the tree in a neighbor's yard. This is exactly how it was left.....the crew never cleaned it up. Lazy and disrespectful.

We were very pleased with the services that Preservation provided. We reached out to them for quotes to prune multiple ash trees. One of the trees has not been looking very well lately and we also wanted professional guidance on what to do with it. They were reasonably quick with their responses and very knowledgeable about tree care. Their original proposal was pricey, but they were so helpful in helping us narrow down the top priorities for the trees. They helped us identify what we should focus on right now and other things we can maybe wait until next year to address for long term care of our trees. The actual day of them pruning our massive ash tree went very well and we were happy with the job done and the clean up they provided.

Preservation Tree Care did a great job on our trees. They have great communication, worked with our schedule, and were very respectful of our property. They definitely left it cleaner than they found it. And watching the team work was fascinating - amazing skills. I won't use anyone else.

Called and emailed me confirming a specific date. No one showed up on that date. After calling and pointing this out they came the next day. I was told on the phone that I had the date wrong. Forwarded the original confirmation email to them and never received a reply. Solid work, but caused me to miss an extra day of work and blamed me incorrectly without apologizing. Also, prices were middle of the road. Not cheapest and not most expensive. We went with them because the person who came out to give us the estimate seemed kind and knowledgeable. Will have to find a different company because I can't afford to miss multiple days of work unnecessarily every time we need tree trimming.

What a great experience! These people were so kind and did such a great job. I had them remove a tree on my property and trim trees at another property. The wood chips they left were perfect and the trees that were trimmed looked great. They also educated me on what to plant next which was super helpful!

I was absolutely impressed with their attention to detail. The quote was very reasonable compared to the others I had received. The crew was punctual, professional, and very clean! Definitely a fantastic experience. I highly recommend! Thanks guys!

We first worked with Preservation Tree Care when we bought our house 5 years ago. Matt Mayo came out and walked our property, educating us on each tree we owned. He recommended how to care for them & identified which ones needed pruning or extra care. His passion & knowledge for trees is unmatched. We noticed that his crew used all the safety equipment necessary when removing branches/trees & were very professional to work with. Our next plan with Preservation Tree Care is to have them plant a few more trees for us. Matt is excellent at helping us find the best trees for the space & for taking care of, keeping in mind water use & longevity. We recommend PTC to all of our friends & neighbors.

Jon C and his team are amazing. I was very worried about my trees at my new home and had noticed that several of the neighbors trees had died in since I moved in. Jon came out and immediately knew we were in trouble and needed help before we started to lose our trees. We had Wooly Aphids and Fire Blight. Preservation treated that day and we were able to save all but one crabapple tree. I honestly would have probably waited until next year to even have them out but their knowledge of the Denver market was spot on. I credit them for saving me thousands of dollars and more importantly saving my trees!
