Excellent plastic surgeon. I had a nasal hump that had bothered me since childhood and my nostrils had begun to collapse on one side. Dr. Weber listened to my concerns and desired result. I wanted my nostrils fixed and the hump removed but I still wanted my nose to look like "my nose". I didn't want to have a plastic surgery looking nose. He did an EXCELLENT job. My nose looks beautiful and very natural. I have never even had family members who have known me my entire life ask me if I had a nose job. It's subtle, feminine and beautiful. My concerns were fixed and I just look like a better version of myself. Dr. Weber has a great bedside manner and his staff is extremely nice. I've since moved out of the area but if I were still local I would not hesitate to use his services again. Very happy!

Dr Stephen Weber is the Architect of facial plastic surgery! I'm 69 yrs old, I recently had a facelift, neck lift, fat transfer and CO2 Laser all in one visit. I'm 5-weeks post surgery, I can't believe the natural youthful look. My healing has been rapid considering all that I had done, amazing to say the least! Dr Weber and his staff are wonderful, caring and attentive. Although, Dr Weber and his staff have many patients they tend to every day, each time I'm in front of any of them, they make me feel as if I was their very first and last patient of the day, just a fantastic experience all the way around! I always hated my nose since childhood. I was scarred emotionally with name calling and staring, even into adulthood. Once I finally had the financial stability to get this done in my 30's, I was honestly going to do whatever it took to finally be happier with my appearance. Besides, I already have braces as an adult as well so who cares. It's going to be a great transformation. I decided to avoid CareCredit or the like and got a personal loan from the bank, the same way you would apply for an auto loan for much less interest and penalties. I have avoided selfies and close ups for so long, and have even asked people not to post photos of me online. My old nose did not have any injuries or breathing problems, it was just an extremely bulbous tip, extremely round, almost like a completely different ethnicity. There was no way makeup would even help contour that thing to be less noticeable. Nobody on either side of my family has anything like it, they all have the pointy Western European noses, so I guess it was just a fluke.

After extensive online research, I narrowed my search down to 2 rhinoplasty facial plastic surgeon specialists in the Denver area. I confidently cancelled the other doctor's consult and went ahead and booked with Dr. Weber. I am the type to shop around and weigh all my options so having made that decision says a lot. He and his staff are very well informed and will take all the time you need to move to the next steps. They have the most cutting edge medical techniques, equipment, complimentary skincare items, and online technology. Dr. Weber explains medical terminology really well to people like myself who are not in the medical field. He answered all of my questions and scenarios, and took photos to simulate his anticipated results on the TV at my consultation. Of course the simulation is not going to look exactly like your final result but in my case it is pretty darn close. I did search online for noses I liked for some time. I narrowed the photos down to mimic the noses of Mila Kunis or Jena Malone. Dr. Weber will gladly look over the photos and give you his feedback. He even takes them with to surgery as a reference point.

Before surgery you are given pills and creams to help alleviate the bruising, in addition to ointments, ice packs, everything you will need. After surgery they mailed me a care package with fresh fruit and snacks which was really thoughtful, especially when your spouse is at work and you are not up for cooking. The surgery center he uses is top of the line. They have really cool gowns that can attach to a heater fan to keep you warm. I also liked how the surgery was on a Friday so you can start recovery on the weekend and lose less days from work. I was not nervous about the process until right before surgery. He was very comforting and has an awesome bedside manner. I was resting the entire day of, and second day. The third day I was up and moving around, was able to run an errand, and also taking lots of breaks and naps. Until your post op appointment, it will feel like you have the worst cold ever. You will have to "mouth breathe" until the post op at day 5. By day 5 I was definitely myself again and ready to get the splint removed. You have to keep your splint dry in the shower or else you are guaranteed to have it fall off. If that happens you will want to use your medical tape to keep it on, or go back in to get another one. At the post op appointment, I will advise you to take Ibuprofen even if you are not feeling pain anymore. Removal of the stitches and sinus things in your nose is painful. There is a laser machine that can help expedite your black eye bruising to clear up more quickly - this one is not fun either but worth it.

The noticeable black eyes and bruising were fully gone right around the 2 week mark. As suggested by Dr. Weber's assistant Camille, I went to Sephora and used NARS concealer and Kat Von D powder to cover the bruises. At work and nobody could tell I had black eyes. I do not think my coworkers noticed I had the procedure done. I think a couple of them could tell something was different but didn't know what. That's how natural it looks.

At 1 month post op, everything is looking great! Granted, I thought it looked fantastic when the splint was taken off. I have taken photos every day to watch the changes as the swelling goes down. It can look different day to day, but patience and trusting the process is key. It will get smaller by the 3 and 4 month mark. My breathing is still great as it was before. And for the record, I am not being stared at anymore, either by coworkers or randoms out in public. It looks natural, fits my face, and I still "look like me." Out the door I paid around $8,600 including facility fees, and this includes all the follow up appointments.

The advice I was given by former plastic surgery patients was to meet with several facial plastic surgeons before having Rhinoplasty. It is important that you find a surgeon that focuses on facial plastic surgery because it makes them an expert as opposed to a doctor that does more breast augmentation surgery and not as many facial surgeries. I interviewed 5 different surgeons prior to making my decision to move forward with Rhinoplasty.

You develop a sense of the doctor and office staff during your research and visits with the different locations. You know in your gut that a specific doctor and their practice is going to be the right fit for you.

Some examoles of when I knew that a surgeon and his staff were not a good fit for me:
1. Some surgeons told me what they would be doing to my nose without ever consulting with me about what I actually wanted my result to look like.
2. Poor customer service beginning with booking the appointment for the consultation.
3. Some surgeons didn't have time to spend longer than 10 minutes talking to me about the surgery before rushing me out of the office.

I felt it was important to find a surgeon and office staff that made me feel confident and secure in my decison, especially since you will be visiting with them several times for at least 1 year after surgery for follow up appointments to check on your healing.

As soon as I walked into Weber Facial Plastic Surgery I knew that I had found the right place for me. It started with the office staff being welcoming and excited to chat about my potential surgery. When meeting with Camille and Dr. Weber I knew immediatley that I would be choosing them for my surgery. They took the time to explain it all to me, address my concerns, and listen to why I wanted Rhinoplasty and how they could achieve the results I wanted. I am so happy with my decision and I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Weber if I have a need for future plastic surgery procedures.

I would highly recommend Dr Weber for the services he provides. His concentration is on facial improvements. He does not do any surgeries below the neck. I am very happy with the results that I received. His staff is very welcoming and personable. I can't say enough to reach out to his office if looking for a facial procedure!

Dr. Weber is an outstanding master surgeon and his staff is the warmest, most caring group you could ask for. I had a face, eye and lip lift three weeks ago and the process was so easy and the healing so quick I was amazed!

Next I'll be going back for a little filler in the lip and cheek area after I've completely healed but there really isn't anywhere else anyone should ever think to go! This is the best experience I could have possibly expected and I can truly say the results have been amazing!

After undergoing rhinoplasty from another surgeon in June of 2016, I was left with some significant nostril asymmetry and an uneven bridge. My original surgeon suggested a permanent silicone filler to correct the flaws, but I wasn't comfortable with his suggestion. He really listened to me, something I feel my original surgeon didn't do. He is so kind and easy to speak with. I can't recommend Dr. Weber enough.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my lip injections! He's done them twice now they have been perfect every time. I never bruise and swelling is minimal!! He will never let you go overboard and makes sure you look amazing every time. 10/10 recommend!!

ViPeel not so amazing. Just light flaking in 2 days, thought it would be more intense, no wrinkle removal. co2 laser would be best.
