This location is convenient. However,
there's no sense of urgency here. They can help you, but you'll have to wait, because some of their bankers just want to chat instead of help customers.

Terrible customer service! After waiting 30 minutes for a banker, the MANAGER approached me and said she was finishing up a transaction and would help me as soon as she was done. So instead she walks over to the tellers, starts talking to a different customer, who was NOT on the waiting list, who didn't have an appointment, and who had just walked in and proceeded to tell him that she could help him right now. She walks past me and says that she's just going to help him real quick and then she will help me. Sure enough, it wasn't quick and another banker finished before she did.

They have TWO ATMs , and neither one ever works. They are either down , or won't accept any deposits. Especially on Fridays! WTF

This location is very annoying and frustrating. Some visits they're awesome. Other visits not so much. I tried to use the ATM upfront, but it was having an issue and took over five minutes to spit my card out.
I ended up going through the teller line where it took an additional 10 minutes. 15 minutes to take out 150 bucks, not ideal.

I met with Ms. Blasco and she took the time to personally help with our account. Wells Fargo has proven over and over to me that they are the best choice for our business accounts.

My mother needed to notarize some legal documents and went to her local bank and was told that she didn't need an appointment by phone. When we got there today, we were told that we couldn't be helped because the bank rep. had a 9 AM appointment. We were there at 8:50 AM. The bank rep told us that if the appointment was late or didn't show up that she would help us in a few minutes. Well, the bank rep's appointment showed up at 9:15 AM and she saw them first. She told use that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes for a 10 minute notary job (i.e. just 3 pages). Terrible customer service and a waste of time! My poor elderly mother didn't even get the documents notarized. We went to my bank instead and it took roughly 10 minutes. I would recommend another Wells Fargo branch and to not go to this particular location.

As Wells Fargos go, this one is a winner. I have had to go in here for various reason in the last couple years and see a banker. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes (if that) and they always get me out the door quickly. Can't say enough about there service!

Our family has Banked with Wells Fargo since 1991. We have not had the issues others have had but I really like the people at this particular branch. They are helpful with everything from notary to opening a new account to closing an account to guiding me through some things I didn't understand! They greet us with smiles and they take time with all their customers! Sometimes that may mean standing in line a bit longer, but I think it means they care!

I went in this morning to accomplish a few tasks - a deposit, a notary and to drop off a W9 form.
Rusty Baker was amazingly helpful, polite and eager to address all of my needs. Rusty had helped me previously when I changed my name and it was excellent to see a familiar face.
Rusty, thank you for making a few simple tasks a pleasant experience. You built rapport easily and scored huge points by walking me to the door. Keep rocking on!

Probably the worst Wells Fargo. I don't know what they were like before the pandemic but during it, they're nothing but inconsistent. On hold for long periods of time, can't make a simple deposit inside with a bogus appointment. I dread having to go to this location something needs to be done with how they manage they're time an treat clients!
