Insane Drive-Thru
I stop by this bank quite often to make deposits or pull cash. I usually do this by way of the drive-thru ATM station. Geez, who designed this?? It's soooo bizarre. Feels like I have to do a 3 mile roundabout before finally pulling up to an ATM. There's no easy way in! Once you do tackle that first issue, you then have another one -- awkward spacing. I have to open my car door and get out 100% of the time, because the angles and spacing are all wrong. Frustrating!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 306489581May 31, 2016
I'm going to give that cliched rating--"I would give zero stars if I could!" Here is why:
I have been a WF customer for many years. They have held a good chunk of my resources, and until now, our relationship has been mutually beneficial. You see, I don't really ask for much. Ask any of the branches that know me in Cherry Creek or Glendale. I'm a likable gal.
My 7 year old daughter and I went in to this branch for me to make a deposit, set up a wire transfer, and get some cash on the way home. I asked if I could please use the restroom. You know, since I was going to be there for a bit and when nature calls...
To my surprise, I was told by the teller with a "sorry not sorry" face that they didn't have any public bathrooms. I thought she must have misunderstood, that maybe she didn't realize I was there to complete transactions and was just some random of the street looking for a loo. Nope, she told me that her management decided they could no longer allow people to use the bathroom and that I could walk over to use the Arby's bathroom next door. Excuse me? So you no longer allow your patrons to use the facilities because random people want to use them, and your response is to send your customers to someone else's business where they are not patrons to use their bathrooms? Forgive me for not following this logic.
And another thing. There is a little thing called the Restroom Access Act, also known as Ally's Law. What you just did, Wells Fargo, is illegal. Not only will I be transferring my accounts to another bank, I will also be shopping attorneys. You messed with the wrong girl.Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - Deanne M.Englewood, CO42298Aug 10, 2017
I tried to call my bank today to find out if they have a notary public I could use. It took over 5 minutes to get a simple question answered. First I had to wade through endless "options" on their automatic system. Then, I was put on hold to wait to talk to someone. I then got another ring tone and was routed to another automatic system which after another series of "press 1 for . . ." got to the main switchboard for Wells Fargo. The customer service rep put me on hold so SHE could call the branch and find out if they had a notary public. After an extended wait (I hope she didn't have to wade through the "helpful" automatic phone system) she let me know that they do not.
This bank keeps cutting down their services. First they closed the drive through. I guess it was too handy. Now they are mid a remodel to shut down several of the teller stations so that they could put in two ATMs. Guess they don't want to actually help any customers and are trying to tell us to do it ourselves. Same with the stupid phone system. Not good at customer service.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sangye D.Sable Altura Chambers, Aurora, CO01Jan 13, 2020
Today I went to this bank, Wells Fargo. I didn't have much money on my card. I took the cash myself and I was saving money. He didn't let me punch that man so badly that it made me sad today. I will never go to this bank again.

I've had great experiences at this bank. Everyone I've dealt with has been super friendly and helpful - particularly a teller named Stanley. He helped me figure out which accounts were best for me and was really patient explaining it all.

I have had accounts with Wells Fargo since I was 19 and never realized how good I had it with them until I moved one of my accounts to TCF Bank a year ago. Customer Service is great and their policies are straight forward. There aren't hidden fees every time you turn around and they've never once made mistakes in my accounts. I highly recommend Wells Fargo for banking.
